  • Name of your organisation (optional)

We consider the purposes for the processing to be, and the lawful basis to be

  • the processing is necessary for Parliamentary functions.

The retention period for the collection of this personal data will be disposed of securely after 12 months, or if included as part of an annex to a report, it will be kept as a public record indefinitely.

For the purposes of this notice, your personal data will be hosted on a platform provided by our Third Party supplier WordPress, which is stored outside the EEA in the USA.

All personal data you provide to the House of Commons will be stored securely, both physically and electronically, in accordance with our policies.
